Terms & conditions


Please read our terms and conditions before you book a retreat with us. We want to ensure our space is a safe container for all attendees including you, meaning we will need to meet you (via zoom or whatsapp) before you book to ensure we can meet your needs and that you feel comfortable with all we plan to do and have a baseline of similar morals and values regarding sexuality and race respectfully. 

We are a small team of 3 people that truly enjoy creating these experiences for you, this means that each individual booking is important to us and integral to our business running smoothly.





Cancellation and refund policy


A deposit is required to hold your space for the retreat, the amount will depend on the experience but is usually 20% - this is non refundable unless under certain circumstances (illness/injury) with notice of up to 30 days in which case, we will keep note of you and you can use it as a deposit for another future retreat.

Full payments are due a minimum of 2 weeks before the retreat starts or you run the risk of losing your space and the money paid previously. Your payment is NON REFUNDABLE, depending on the circumstances and how much we can recover from what we have paid out - we may be able to hold some funds for a future experience you can enjoy but otherwise, you will have lost you funds. 

Please note in the event of a situation like COVID or a natural disaster we will do our best to recover all funds from vendors and return it to you to the best of our ability.





travel insurance

We advise you to purchase travel insurance for this experience and by purchasing you undertand that you are fully responsible for your body and mental health and partake in activites (swimming, snorkelling, hiking, yoga, ceremony) at your own risk.
